Day Lacrosse Camp
| 8:30 a.m. | Campers begin to arrive |
| 9:00 a.m. | Day begins with full camp stretch and stickwork |
| 9:45 a.m. - 12:00 noon | Morning Session (individual and team drills, small games) |
| 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. | Lunch (not provided) |
| 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. | Afternoon Session (half field team practices, full field games) |
| 3:00 p.m. | Awards, Full Camp Daily Wrap Up |
Overnight Lacrosse Camp
| 7:45 a.m. | Wake Up |
| 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast |
| 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. | Morning Session (individual and small team drills, station work) |
| 12:30 p.m. | Lunch |
| 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. | Rest Hour |
| 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. | Afternoon Session (larger team drills, games) |
| 5:15 p.m. | Dinner |
| 6:45 - 8:30 p.m. | Evening Games |
| 8:30 p.m. | Awards, Full Camp Daily Wrap Up |
| 9:00 - 10:30 p.m. | Free time, pizza |
| 10:30 p.m. | Back to rooms |
